In Relation: A Process Group for Connection
Feeling Distant or Anxious in Relationships? There’s a Way Through
It’s easy to keep showing up; staying in control, taking care of others, even when something inside feels disconnected. Maybe relationships feel confusing, overwhelming, or anxiety-provoking. Whether it’s with a partner, friend, coworker, or family member, the patterns are hard to name but deeply felt. You’re functioning well on the outside, but inside, connection still feels just out of reach.
Group Therapy for Adults Seeking Clarity and Authentic Connection
In Relation is a weekly therapy group for adults seeking more clarity, ease, and authenticity in their relationships. Together, in a small group of others who get it, we’ll explore how your patterns show up in real time with care, curiosity, and intention.
This is a space to reflect, relate, and grow. Whether you're longing for deeper friendships, navigating family dynamics, or trying to feel more grounded in intimacy. Over time, you’ll begin to understand yourself more deeply, shift unhelpful patterns, and practice new ways of connecting.

Why Join a Process Group?
Process groups are powerful because they offer real-time insight into how you relate.
With therapist support, you’ll explore your relational style in the moment how you connect, protect, communicate, and respond. These patterns, often shaped by past experiences, can be understood and gently shifted within a safe, attuned group. It’s a space not just to explore what’s been hard, but to practice new ways of relating with honesty, care, and the support of others who are doing the same.
Start Building Real Change in Your Relationships
Over time you’ll:
Build greater awareness of your relational patterns in real time
Begin identifying your attachment style and how it shows up with others
Practice expressing needs and boundaries with more clarity
Explore new ways of connecting with curiosity instead of self-judgment
Receive supportive feedback and reflection from others in the group
Learn practical tools for emotional regulation, nervous system grounding, and mindful communication
Practice showing up more authentically in a safe, guided space
Leave with a clearer sense of what connection can feel like and how to cultivate more of it
